Our fees are based on 15-minute consultations with our GPs (Doctors) If you have multiple problems or need extra time, please book a double appointment.
To minimize your costs to visit your GP, please ensure that you have enrolled with us so that you can qualify for the government subsidy and lower fees.
For your first appointment, you will see our HCA or Nurse for a 15-minute appointment, followed by your new GP for a 30-minute appointment. Your first appointment will cost $75.00 (18 to 65+) and $75.00 (14-17 years). CSC Holders $35.00 (18 to 65+), $35.00 (14-17 years). After that, normal consult fees will apply.
The best way to order your repeat prescription is through the online Manage My Health Portal or please call reception on 09 277 7830
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept repeat prescription requests via email. Please do not be offended if you receive an automated response advising you how to request your repeat prescription.
If you would like to leave a message for the nurse regarding your script, call us on 09 277 7830 and press option 1 and then Option 2 (for the nurse line)
Leave a message and clearly state the following.
Payment is expected at the end of each consultation or if you’d like a script/ referral letter. We accept cash but please note we are unable to give change, any overpayment will be held in credit on your account, EFTPOS and Internet banking, and we can also take credit/debit card payments over the phone.

If you are paying online, please use your invoice number or NHI as a reference. Referral to a debt collection agency may be made with all associated additional costs being on charged to you.
A $15 administration fee applies to accounts not paid within 30 days.
If the account remains overdue after 90 days, a further $30 administration fee will be charged, and a referral to a debt collection agency will be made.
