Introducing the Health and Happiness (H&H) service, led by Dr Peter Cameron, with 30 years industrial medicine experience and well recognised in the industrial field. With a commitment to delivering great service to your business, H&H takes the stress of industrial medicals off your plate by providing timely and efficient services.

Dr Cameron and his team believe that investing in employees’ health and wellbeing is a business decision that leads to a more engaged, productive, and satisfied workforce. We carry out pre-employment and periodic medicals for meeting medical standards. We oversee rehabilitation from accident and injury through in person consultations and urgent on the day telehealth consultations

H&H is dedicated to providing you with the following service(s):

H&H will proactively work with you to arrange timely appointments for your team member’s medicals, with appointments typically scheduled within 5 days.
H&H is committed to providing a prompt written or verbal response typically within 48 hours.
Adherence to pre-agreed medical standards with each individual client. We will follow the Examination process outlined in your standard format unless otherwise agreed up.
Easy access to the examining practitioner by phone, especially for long-term injury cases.
Fair pricing that is competitive with market rates.
Access to monthly meetings by phone with the Practice/Operations Manager and when required by the Examiner(s).
A dedicated team that supports the end-to-end process to ensure a seamless experience, from booking to the production of the report, with a reliable reference point

Support Structure

Medical Lead

Dr Peter Cameron is the Medical Lead and oversees the clinical perspective of
our service. With years of experience in industrial medicine, Dr Cameron has a wealth of
knowledge and expertise in providing comprehensive Medicals that meet the specific needs
of our clients. Dr Cameron is available to discuss any medical requirements and answer any
questions you may have regarding the process.

Admin Manager/ Team Lead

Esther is our current Medical Administrator and Practice Team Lead. She is the main point of contact for any admin related queries (appointments, follow-ups, missing info, accounts etc.) Her goal is to ensure that any queries and/or concerns are promptly and efficiently addressed.

Clinical Assistant(s)

The first part of each medical is routinely completed by one of our clinical assistants.
Rosy– an enrolled nurse who specialises in our occupational nurse medicals as well as our other services.
Renin– a valuable member of our team who has a lot of experience with every medical performed.

We cannot always guarantee prompt appointments on the day- however our aim is to get your employee seen within 3 days of their initial injury.
